About You
We have an opportunity for an awesome individual to join our Brisbane team. We are looking for an experienced consultant who enjoys a mature environment where you are given the ownership to build your own success. We care about the work we do and work hard on building quality relationships with our customers. We embrace flexible work practices and always celebrate the wins.
In this role, you will
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Connect daily with your marketplace, building a pipeline of valuable HR talent and client connections.
- Manage assignments from initial brief though to delivery, ensuring a high touch model with client and candidate relationships.
- Research your markets to identify commercial opportunity and market trends.
- Support the business brand with marketing and social media plan to build your brand and the QLD business.
To be successful in this role
We are looking for someone with recruitment consulting experience, ideally with exposure to the Human Resources profession or a strong interest in learning more. You are driven, enjoy managing and developing client relationships, and take pride in delivering exemplary service. You thrive on meeting and connecting with people, enabling careers, achieving financial success, and—most importantly—adding true value through your work.
