Overview
Our Data & Integration Practice helps clients realise greater agility and resilience by enabling teams to use data more effectively and make informed decisions. This supports improved business performance through solutions that combine human expertise with smart technology.
The Sales Executive will support the growth of the Data & Integration business by identifying new opportunities, building initial client relationships, and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting through to proposal. This is a mid‑level sales role for someone with 5–10 years of relevant experience, focused on data platforms, integration solutions, and digital transformation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Lead Generation – Research and identify potential customers and target industries; prospect and qualify new leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and events; schedule introductory meetings and demos; build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support – Assist or contribute to the end‑to‑end sales process from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing deals; maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM; coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and client communications.
- Collaboration & Market Insights – Work with Data & Integration technical and delivery teams to understand services and offerings; represent the company at industry events to generate leads; stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies; provide market feedback to support positioning.

You are a motivated and results‑driven sales professional with a proven track record in technology or consulting services sales. You thrive in a client‑facing role, are passionate about solving client challenges, and excel at turning opportunities into long‑term partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in sales, business development, lead generation or account management in IT services, consulting, enterprise software, or a similar environment.
- Experience with data and integration technologies (e.g., Boomi, Databricks, Denodo, Snowflake, etc.).
- Understanding of integration solutions, middleware, APIs, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; strong relationship building and stakeholder engagement capability.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
