Role

We are currently seeking Retail Security Officers to join our team on a casual basis, with the opportunity to progress into permanent roles. As a Trident Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a safe, welcoming environment while maintaining a strong security presence on-site. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, quick-thinking, and ready to be part of a professional and supportive team.

Your responsibilities

- Providing high-quality customer service and front-line support
- Identifying and resolving potential risks and issues proactively
- Responding to all medical and security incidents
- Accurately reporting and recording incidents during your shift
- Responding to emergencies in line with site protocols
- Building professional relationships with emergency services
- Using conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques effectively

Qualifications

- A current QLD Security License with valid Crowd Control function
- Valid First Aid and CPR certificates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work within a rotating 24/7 roster
- High personal integrity and grooming standards
- Previous experience in regulated environments (desirable)
