Position: Mobile Service Technician – Mechanical (South Australia Branch)

Location: On the Road

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year plus incentives and company vehicle. (Salary dependent on experience)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality motorcycle repair and maintenance services at customers' locations. Your expertise will ensure customer satisfaction and the safe operation of their motorcycles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in electric motorcycles.
- Perform routine maintenance, including battery checks, software updates, and component replacements.
- Conduct safety inspections and performance assessments on electric motorcycles.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including repairs and parts used.
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs and service options.
- Stay informed about advancements in electric motorcycle technology and best practices.
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and safe for use.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a mechanic preferred.
- License/Certification: Valid Driver’s License required.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in Australia.
- Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel 75% of the time preferred.
