The Company

We are looking for a Policy and Partnership Manager to join a key player in a well-recognised company in Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for those who are looking for a fully remote role

The Role

Duties and responsibilities:

- Lead the Asia-Pacific policy exercise, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination across country programs.
- Develop and implement regional policy engagement and capability-building plans.
- Provide clear, concise policy analysis and advice to support strategy, advocacy, and decision-making.
- Prepare high-quality policy briefs, reports, and communications tailored to diverse audiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with governments, NGOs, UN agencies, and public funding partners.
- Coordinate the Asia-Pacific Partnerships Network, driving collaboration, events, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify emerging policy trends, risks, and opportunities to shape regional engagement strategies.
- Support the development and delivery of targeted policy training and staff development programs.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment between policy goals, program design, and funding initiatives.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across the APAC region.

Your Profile

- Strong background in government relations or policy engagement.
- Proven experience developing and delivering stakeholder engagement plans.
- Willingness to travel across the Asia-Pacific region (including Singapore, India, Indonesia, and the Pacific).
- Multilingual skills highly regarded.
- Experience working with UN agencies, NGOs, or government partners preferred
