The Role:
As the EUC Administrator, you will handle third-level escalations for technical and process-related issues. You will manage and maintain both hardware and software in the End User Computer environment, ensuring security and efficiency for the business. Tasks will include incident resolution, software deployment, patch management, policy configuration, and supporting the broader IT team.

Your Profile:
We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and skilled IT professional with experience in tools such as Microsoft MECM, Intune, Azure, and Azure Virtual Desktop. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional support to end-users and other IT team members.

What Is Required From You:

- Strong experience in Microsoft MECM/Intune/Azure environments.
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows 10/11 and applications like Office 365.
- Hands-on knowledge of managing end-user hardware (PCs, laptops, mobile devices).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues remotely and on-site.
- Software packaging skills and hardware lifecycle management experience (desirable).
- A team player with a positive, professional approach to customer service.
