Dispatch/Adhoc Requirements include:
  • Firewall replacement experience
  • Handling desktop and network issues
  • Installing and upgrading Operating Systems
  • Applying patches
  • Software and hardware break-fix skills
  • Network engineering knowledge (CCNA or above preferred)
  • Basic WiFi and network concepts (LAN, WAN, Switch, Router configuration)
  • MS Office installation and administration
  • Business English and local language proficiency
Tools to Carry:
  • Fully charged Windows 8 or 10 laptop with admin rights
  • Cisco Console cable (DB9 Rj45 or USB Rj45) with drivers installed
  • Software: Putty, TeamViewer, TFTP server
  • Screwdriver set
  • Internet data card
  • Ability to console into Cisco routers and use Webex
