Scribe

Within your role as a Scribe, you will be responsible for supporting the Power Generation industry conduct scheduled maintenance outage works. Forming part of a skilled and high performing team, you will have the support of a progressive and experienced management team and be exposed to a variety of interesting and challenging work environments.

Responsibilities

- Ensure inspection tasks, documentation and operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Assisting NDT Technicians and Inspectors to conduct required inspections and testing of plant and machinery
- Documenting findings in a clear and concise format following instruction work packs
- Assist with preparing test sites (e.g. surface cleaning, scaffolding coordination)
- Ensure work areas are prepared as per health & safety requirements

Qualifications

- Hold an industry White Card
- Working at Heights, and Confined Spaces (Advantage)
- Experience working in mining, industrial or power settings (Advantage)
- Previous experience within Manufacturing, Mechanical and Automotive trades (Desirable)
- A high attention to detail, ability to follow direction and adhere to Work Health and Safety regulations
- Have the ability to work effectively within a team with strong communication skills and a willingness to challenge yourself and learn

- This position may require interstate and intrastate travel
