Senior Broker – New Business and Growth

Marsh is seeking an experienced Senior Broker with a strong background in new business and account management within Property and Casualty to join our Corporate team. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Senior Broker – New Business and Growth
This role will provide exposure to leading and participating in large new business tenders and proposals, building a network of opportunities, and designing and placing complex insurance programs.
We will count on you to:
- Develop, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to grow our corporate portfolio through new logos and organic expansion.
- On-board new clients and deliver on Marsh’s value proposition with high-quality service.
- Build and maintain meaningful senior-level relationships with insurers and key revenue-generating accounts.
- Lead, plan, and implement effective renewal and broking strategies, ensuring strong account retention and defence.
- Actively participate in claim-related matters and track new business opportunities.
What you need to have:
- 7+ years of corporate broking experience in Property and Casualty.
- Proven track record of producing new business and managing complex insurance programs.
- Extensive knowledge of risks and insurance products across key industry sectors.
- Strong market presence within General Insurance.
