Programmed are looking for multiple Gardeners/Mower Operators to join our dedicated team, committed to delivering exceptional maintenance services for our valued clients. Key Responsibilities

- Operate a range of commercial out‑front, wide area, and zero‑turn mowers, as well as other small plant equipment.

- Perform weed and pest control through spraying and manual weeding.

- Undertake all horticultural activities, including formative pruning and hedging of trees and shrubs.

- Implement mulching and planting programs.

- Use commercial small plant horticultural equipment including brush Cutters, blowers and hedgers.

- Report all assets using technology at each scheduled maintenance visit.

- Ensure sites are maintained and presented to a high standard.

- Comply with all occupational health and safety processes and procedures.

About You

To join our team, ideally, you will have experience in gardening and landscaping, with a passion for providing quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have:

- Previous experience in horticulture, parks and gardens maintenance and or mowing operations.

- A current driver's license and white card (MR license is beneficial).

- A chemical certificate (desirable).

- A professional approach to the workplace.

- The ability to execute work to a high standard.

- A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems.
