Business Advisory Director Position
My client is a leading boutique CA, 3-director firm, located in the Norwest area.
I am looking for a Business Advisory Director (partner-level equivalent). The ideal candidate will suit a sole practitioner looking to merge their practice with a slightly larger firm or a Business Advisory Senior Manager from a Big 4, mid-tier or small-tier CA firm looking to step up to a director position. A director from a small-mid-tier firm looking for a more rewarding environment in the Norwest area is also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain established fee base from transitioning director.
2. Take a leadership role and leverage client relationships in the future.
3. Provide business advisory, strategic planning, and tax compliance services across key industry sectors.
Qualifications:
1. Approximately 12-15+ years of experience servicing individuals, large privately owned businesses, and small-medium enterprises.
A collaborative culture, high-performing team, flexible working arrangements, and remuneration package are subject to experience and performance.
