We offer our customers an array of robust and flexible logistics and warehouse distribution solutions in the third-party logistics (3PL) market.**The Role**We are seeking a skilled and driven Technical Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in optimising all elements of the warehouse, with a strong focus on customer service, reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will lead the performance of application and order fulfilment systems, ensuring seamless operations and delivering valuable business insights.**To be successful as a Technical Analyst, you will need to:*** Lead the safe and efficient operation of application systems, providing training and support to the operations team.* Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with vendors for timely fixes, and facilitate testing including UAT and pre-production validation.* Analyse technical data to generate insights that support business decisions and continuous improvement.* Configure and optimise automation control systems to maximise performance, capacity, and efficiency.* Translate customer requirements into system configurations, operating rules, and reporting tools.* Maintain technical oversight, manage stakeholder communications, and coordinate with internal and external technical teams.**About You**To be successful in this role, you will bring:* Tertiary, technical or industry qualifications and experience in a related field.* An analytical mindset with a focus on process optimisation and problem solving.* A strong customer focus and commitment to safety.* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.* Skills in continuous improvement, process optimisation, and project management.* The ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively within a team.At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
