Leading capacity planning, capability alignment, and long-range forecasting across 100+ game-changing projects, this role shapes the talent engine that drives innovation in health and aged care. You’ll partner closely with People & Culture and Talent Acquisition to design and deliver sourcing, onboarding, and development strategies that put the right skills in the right place at the right time. Working alongside executives, portfolio leaders, and delivery teams, you’ll boost flexibility, reduce reliance on costly contractors, and grow in-house expertise.
