An exciting executive leadership opportunity is now open for a passionate and experienced Aboriginal leader to join the Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) as Director Aboriginal Health.

About the Role:
As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, this role drives the development and delivery of culturally safe, strategic Aboriginal Health programs across the region. You will provide expert advice, foster collaboration with communities and stakeholders, and help shape system-wide reform aimed at closing the health gap for Aboriginal people in rural South Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute critical Aboriginal Health programs that address the unique needs of rural and remote communities in South Australia.
- Expert Analysis: Manage budgets, analyse diverse data sources, and conduct research to craft policies, plans, and structures that enhance service delivery.
- Project Oversight: Ensure the achievement of performance outcomes and objectives for major projects.
- Representation: Act as the face of the Local Health Network at forums, meetings, and consultative groups, advocating for and advancing Aboriginal health initiatives.
