Production Operator – UHT
About this Opportunity
We are now seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Production Operator within our UHT/ESL Department who is ready to make a positive impact to the business. The opportunity is for a full‑time permanent position.
Schedule
- 4 x 12 Hour Day/Night shifts – changing weekly

- Join a production team of 17‑19, producing beloved dairy products
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Monitor and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct quality checks and report any issues or deviations
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Self‑motivated; able to work shift work and overtime as required
- Strong focus on safety and quality
- Previous experience operating fillers and packing lines in the food industry is preferred
- Sound fault‑finding / troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication skills and solid understanding of GMP & HACCP principles
- Sound numeracy and literacy skills required
- SAP system experience highly regarded
