Trade Marketing Manager

What You'll Do:
1. NPD: Help us launch new products Work closely with NAMs and brand managers to align NPD strategies, manage timelines, and ensure we're ready for each category review. You'll also procure the trade samples and packaging that make these products shine
2. Category Management Guru: Be the go-to for all things data. You'll liaise with Nielsen, IRI, and Quantium to keep our scan data and category performance reports top-notch. Your insights will directly influence key strategic decisions, including promotional strategies and competitive positioning.
3. Promax Mastery: Lead the charge by ensuring promotional plans are entered accurately into Promax. Keep track of monthly trade spend and collaborate with finance and Wipro to resolve P&L reporting at both the account and brand levels.
4. KPIs and Growth: You'll stay ahead of the game by maintaining smooth communication across teams, ensuring timely Promax exports, and aligning on strategies for new product launches. You'll keep us on track for key milestones and work to ensure our trade spend stays on budget.
What We're Looking For:
1. Trade marketing experience? Huge plus but not a must
2. A degree in a relevant field.
3. Proven experience in the FMCG space (at least 5 years). Food and Beverage experience highly regarded
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
5. Sharp analytical skills and the ability to dive into data to uncover insights.
6. Experience in category or key account management in Australian grocery markets.
7. Proficiency with Nielsen, IRI, and Quantium is essential.
