Job Description
About the roles:
We are currently recruiting for the following permanent full-time positions to join our growing team across our sites in Sydney.
- Controllers– Retail sites Day and Night shifts in CBD and Burwood. Commercial site - Day Shift in North Sydney.
- Rovers- Retail and Commercial CBD, Parramatta, and Hurstville sites. Day and Night Shifts
- Security Team Leaders - Retail Sites. S2 in Burwood and S3 position in Liverpool. Permanent 4/3 Day shift.
- Heading for a SEA CHANGE? 4 x Security Officers for new Commercial Site in Maroochydore QLD (search our Seek ad for more info)
About our sites
Our client sites offer extensive onsite and tailored training, including hands on systems walkthroughs, scenario-based control room simulations, and ongoing refresher sessions. This structured approach ensures you’re fully confident in all site-specific procedures, system operations, and emergency response protocols — allowing you to flourish whilst delivering exceptionalsecurity service standards including:
- Conflict resolution and incident reporting
- Conduct comprehensive patrols to ensure safety on site (Rover)
- Conduct detailed security checks for risks and breaches
- Performcontrol room operations, including monitor CCTV (Control room)
- Liaising with customers, clients and tenants

About you

- Holds a valid State Security Licence (mandatory)
- Holds a current Senior First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
- Brings security experience in Retail or Commercial environments
