About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our compassionate team, playing an important role in delivering and evaluating high‑quality nursing care tailored to meet the unique clinical objectives of each patient. In this position you’ll be working in the Endoscopy specialty team within Belmont Hospital.

You will be using your experience in Endoscopy to work within GENCA guidelines in the Endoscopy procedure room. You will also work in the reprocessing area. Reprocessing training will be provided if required.

You won’t be working alone. You’ll be supported by the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse Educators, Endoscopy CNS and fellow senior staff. A thorough orientation will also be provided, including supernumerary days. This warm, supportive and professional team are ready to welcome you

As our ideal candidate, you will

- Demonstrate recent experience in an endoscopy procedure room and ideally the reprocessing areas with knowledge of GENCA guidelines

- Showcase your ability to work within a person‑centred approach to nursing with a willingness to embrace change in the delivery of care.

- Have a deep understanding of quality improvement and evidence‑based practice with recent clinical experience relevant to the position

Requirements

- Enrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed) with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA

Additional Information

- An eligibility list will be created for future permanent part‑time vacancies.

- To be eligible for permanent employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport.
