We are looking for a Network Data Administrator/ Network Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team and play a critical role in supporting and evolving enterprise network environments across data centres and cloud-integrated platforms. The role is based in Sydney for Permanent/ 1 year FTC.

Role and Requirements

As a Network Data Admin, you will:

- Have 5 to 10 years of experience in understanding and working knowledge of LAN, Wireless LAN, WAN & SDWAN.
- Have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Routing, Switching & Wireless LAN networks.
- Have extensive experience configuring & troubleshooting Routers, Switches & wireless controllers.
- Have strong knowledge of Cisco Routers, Switches, WLC, Access Points.
- Have worked on LAN, WAN, Wireless incidents, diagnosis and troubleshooting till resolution.
- Provide second level and third level network support on incidents and contribute to providing RCA.
- Ensure the design, provisioning, upgrading, capacity planning and performance testing of network infrastructure.
- Produce network diagrams, technical documentation, test plans, reports and records regarding infrastructure solutions.
- Maintain and ensure current SLA & KPIs requirements for support.
- Have worked in a Datacenter & Branch environment with focus on routing and switching.

Desired Skills

- Strong communication skills.
- CCNP or higher certification.
- Knowledge of Cisco Firewalls.
- Knowledge of Network Monitoring tools like SolarWinds.
- Experience working with global clients and having worked in at least one Managed services project.
- Clear understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management & Service request along with Ticketing Tool like Service Now.
- Able to work on Change requests of the existing WAN, LAN & Wireless LAN.
- Ability to do proper documentation of assets, configuration details through Asset Management and Documentation Management.
- Splunk log management and knowledge of Splunk search queries, Wireshark Network troubleshooting tools.
