Our 12-month program is designed to give you meaningful exposure across different areas - a chance to "dip your toe in", gain real industry experience and help you get ready to launch your career once you have completed your studies.
Through structured, hands-on rotations, Cadets will spend time across our three core business areas, gaining insight into a variety of teams and projects:

- Services Division - Including exposure to our Maintenance and Electrics Teams
- HSEQ Team - Exposure to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality practices.
