# # **Primary Details**Time Type: Full timeWorker Type: Employee**Assistant Case Manager*** **Location: Perth*** **Fixed Term Contract until end of Feb 2026****The opportunity**This is an exciting opportunity to join us at entry level support our Workers Comp Claims team. As a key member of the “engine room” of the business, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Case Managers to be able to provide the best experience for our customers.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:* Support our customers by acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders, including injured clients, general practitioners and other medical professionals* Respond to enquiries in an accurate, concise, and courteous manner ensuring that we are putting the customer at the heart of what we do to ensure an effective resolution* Assist Case Managers in the development of case management plans for clients that stipulate goals and activities.* Accurate & efficient data entry* Claims activities are completed accurately and within the agreed timeframe* Ensure set timeframes and compliance measures are adhered to with all legislative codes and company policies**About you**To be successful in this role, you will have:* A customer-centric approach which sees you optimise outcomes for our customers* Developed time management skills* Proven ability to demonstrate resilience in managing challenging scenarios* A keen willingness to learn and proactively engage in a fast paced, dynamic team**About QBE**We can never really predict what’s around the corner, but at QBE we’re asking the right questions to enable a more resilient future – helping those around us build strength and embrace change to their advantage.We’re an international insurer that’s building momentum towards realising our vision of becoming the most consistent and innovative risk partner.And our people will be at the centre of our success.
