Role

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support two major enterprise-scale application implementations. You’ll focus on data requirements, mapping, cleansing, and migration across complex ERP/MRP and workplace management systems. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical specialists to ensure data is profiled, mapped, and migrated effectively, while maintaining compliance, governance, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture and refine data requirements from business teams

- Profile, analyse, cleanse, and prepare structured data sources

- Generate masked/obfuscated sample datasets where required

- Map existing data sources to new digital solutions (cloud & on-prem)

- Identify and manage data stakeholders and data risks

- Support unit testing of integrations/migrations, ensuring integrity against source systems

- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to deliver data readiness and quality outcomes

- Apply data management practices and sustain data governance post-implementation

Skills

- Strong background in data analysis, mapping, and migration

- Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python

- Solid understanding of ETL and data integration concepts (hands-on build not required)

- Experience working with structured data from ERP/MRP or enterprise systems

The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive stakeholder engagement & requirements gathering experience and ideally conceptual knowledge of TIBCO BusinessWorks.
