About The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical, adaptable, and impact-driven Senior Data Analyst to join our Product Operations team. This role will embed within product domains and partner with Product Managers to drive growth and optimize the end-to-end customer experience. You will leverage data to support strategic product decisions, identify growth opportunities, and ensure operational excellence at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Empower Product Teams to be Data Driven: provide cross‑product insights, design and own dashboards and reports that reveal key product metrics, user engagement, and feature performance.
  • Support Data-Driven Decision Making: translate business questions into data problems and deliver actionable recommendations with compelling data narratives.
  • Drive Product Growth with Actionable Insights: perform deep-dive analyses to explain why outcomes occurred and inform product strategy and feature prioritization.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement & Automation: contribute to a culture of learning, drive automation and scalable analytical solutions, and identify data quality improvements.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: work with product, marketing, data engineering, and other teams to align growth initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: present findings to varied audiences, translating analyses into clear, actionable takeaways.
  • Ensure Accountability: ensure analytics quality and support planning with data inputs, forecasts, and key performance analytics.
Experience & Skills
  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a product-led organization or supporting product teams.
  • Strong SQL proficiency for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Experience with data modeling and transformation tools like dbt.
  • Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow.
  • Proficiency in building dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Superset) to visualize data and communicate insights.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of product metrics, user behavior, and sales funnels.
  • Proactive, curious mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence decisions through data.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment; willingness to tackle challenges across product areas.
  • Basic understanding of Python for data analysis is a plus.
