What You'll Be Doing:

As an Associate Solicitor you'll be part of a hands-on Corporate M&A practice advising on strategic transactions and capital markets legal matters.

- Draft and review sale agreements, scheme booklets & disclosure materials
- Advise on equity raisings, joint ventures and regulatory approvals
- Coordinate due diligence, valuation workshops & closing logistics
- Support cross-practice teams on tax, finance and ESG considerations

What You'll Bring:

- 4+ years' PQE in Corporate law with strong exposure in M&A, corporate advisory or capital markets
- Strong organisation and ability to manage diverse files
- Excellent drafting, communication & stakeholder skills
- A collaborative, positive approach and proactive mindset
