What You'll Be Doing : In their award-winning Commercial Litigation practice, you'll steer high-stakes disputes and formal insolvency proceedings from strategy through resolution.
Structure and draft insolvency pleadings, board minutes, and settlement agreements Lead interlocutory applications, mediations, contested hearings, and client workshops Advise on cross-border enforcement, regulatory compliance, and risk allocation Mentor junior team members and contribute to innovation initiatives What You'll Bring : 4+ years' PQE in commercial litigation, insolvency, or special situations Proven track record on large-scale, multi-jurisdictional disputes Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and leadership skills A proactive, client-focused, and innovation-driven mindset Why Join?
