Position Overview:

Join our client's Employment & Industrial Relations team as an Associate Solicitor (3+ years PQE), leading high-impact IR, policy and workplace strategy for major private and public sector clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

In their specialist Employment & Industrial Relations practice, you'll drive workplace law solutions advising employers, regulators and state agencies on strategic, forward-looking issues.
  • Draft, review & negotiate employment contracts, enterprise agreements & policies
  • Conduct workplace investigations and manage performance & disciplinary matters
  • Represent clients in Fair Work Commission hearings and tribunals
What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years' PQE in employment law, industrial relations or safety regulation
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise bargaining, policy & investigations
  • Excellent drafting, analytical & stakeholder-management skills
