- If you currently work with DE, we/DE require an "Other Work (Outside Employment) Declaration and Approval" form to be completed

Training and Clinical Support

Comprehensive training in the program and report requirements will be provided, along with induction, ongoing clinical support, and Professional Development (PD) days. These will contribute to your annual professional development requirements for the Psychology Board of Australia.

Diversity and Inclusion

We are proud to hold the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Employer of Choice Citation and to be a recognised Disability Confident Company.

At MAX, we value diversity in backgrounds, ideas, work styles, and perspectives. We strongly encourage people with disabilities, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people, mature-aged workers, and individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to apply.

We adhere to the National Principles for Child Safety and require all team members to be committed to child safety and well-being. Our induction and training will cover these principles, including understanding children's developmental needs and culturally safe practices.
