We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for clients with complex needs.
- Deliver best-practice forensic intervention in a correctional environment, utilising the Risk-Needs-Responsivity model.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide a holistic service that addresses the physical, emotional and psychological needs of clients.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including corrections staff, police and community agencies.
What You Need to Succeed:
- A doctoral degree in psychology or a related field and eligibility for registration as a psychologist with the relevant professional body.
- Current driver's licence and ability to travel extensively throughout the region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
