Domain Architect

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the domain architecture for CX portals, mobile apps, web platforms, and sales portals within the transformation program.
- Develop domain blueprints and roadmaps to guide solution and platform decisions across teams.
- Establish governance for design assurance, standards compliance, and technical risk management within the domain.
- Shape decisions on core platforms, integration patterns, and data architecture to ensure sustainability and scalability.
- Partner with program and business stakeholders to ensure architectural decisions are understood and aligned with program outcomes.
- Engage vendors and partners, ensuring their solutions integrate seamlessly with the domain architecture and program timelines.

The Ideal Candidate

- Extensive experience as a Domain Architect within major transformation programs with demonstrated commercial experience architecting customer-facing digital platforms, including CX portals, mobile apps, web platforms, and sales portals.
- Proven experience designing microservices-based architectures, preferably on AWS.
- Expertise in integration design: API gateways, event-driven patterns (Kafka), and native integration approaches.
