The Nine Network’s 9Digital service is in need of a new optimisation producer.

The producer will set up all news and current affairs content for publishing on YouTube and spread across News, ACA and TODAY. The publishing will also involve arranging the content release by schedule, editing the material to include end cards, tags, video descriptions, and associated links. The content must conform to monetisation policies and Nine’s legal and ethical guidelines.

Applicants must have prior news production and editorial experience, including the ability to rapidly respond to breaking developments. They should also be proficient in digital marketing methods such as search engine optimisation and familiar with content uploads on YouTube.
