Up to $156,253.00. Base salary ranges from $90,177.00 to $137,861.00, plus leave loading and employer's contribution to superannuation. Base salary rates above the minimum are available depending on experience.
School Information
Dubbo College Delroy Campus, enrolling approximately 515 students, delivers education across stages 4 and 5. The campus has nine support classes and three specialised classes focusing on targeted individual support. Roughly 60% of students identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander. Stage 5 elective subjects include STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) to support student strengths and interests.
Delroy Campus is part of the three‑campus Dubbo College system, enrolling around 1,850 students across Senior, Delroy, and South campuses, catering to Years 7 to 10.
The school values innovative, individualized curriculum to support high‑level student growth and engages students in a range of educational, cultural and extracurricular activities for holistic development.

Specific Selection Criteria
- Approval to teach special education and/or experience teaching students with complex needs including autism and emotional disturbance.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver differentiated and innovative teaching programs that support students with a range of learning needs.
- Effective classroom management skills to create an engaging, inclusive classroom that fosters a culture of high expectations.
- Well‑developed interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, parents, community and external agencies.
