- 3-month fixed term, part-time role located in Heathmont.
- Have a passion to support people with a disability in an inclusive way which meets the individual needs of the clients at your service
- Support a male client
- Your shifts will be 65.5/60 fortnightly split
- Experience in managing behaviours of concern with a calm, confident approach
- Demonstrated leadership skills and initiative in a support environment
- Strong knowledge and application of Person-Centred Active Support
- An Advanced Diploma of Disability (or equivalence) is required to meet the criteria for this role

Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one year within the last ten years
