Role overview
As Retail Manager, you will set the daily tone, mentor the team, and drive strategic decisions that position us as a leader in the Northern Rivers. You’ll oversee the store’s day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and guiding the team to perform at their best.

Key responsibilities
? Manage overall store operations.
? Determinate product mix, stock levels, and service standards.
? Implement purchasing policies, supplier management, and pricing.
? Manage direct customer service and advice on seasonal products.
? Support local promotion/advertising of the venue.
? Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and finances.
? Create and manage budgets for efficient financial management.
? Recruit, train, roster, and supervise staff.
? Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and regulatory requirements.
Skills & experience
? Around 1–2+ years experience as a retail manager. (or in a closely related role)
? Strong communication and leadership skills ;
? Ability to work as part of a team .
? Willingness to relocate if necessary.
? Able to work weekends and split shifts.
