Join Our Team as an Administration Support Officer– 12-Month Maternity Leave Cover
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with strong administrative skills to join our team in Regents Park.
About the Role:
This is a 12-month maternity leave cover, offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and passionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Administrative, sales, and distribution support
- Provide national monthly invoicing
- Maintain the expected invoicing schedule
- Create, review and manage client files in both our accounting system and CRM
- Support the Sales team with lead generation activities
What You’ll Bring:
- A strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- SAP experience is highly regarded
