Kuafood Perth Pty Ltd T/A Kuafood Vic Park is seeking a dedicated Retail Manager to lead our Perth team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our popular street food inspired eatery. Key Responsibilities and Tasks but not limited to:

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
- Lead recruitment, training and development of team members
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock
- Manage staff rosters, scheduling, and attendance
- Handle customer feedback, resolve issues professionally, and build customer loyalty
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and food handling standards
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming atmosphere
- Track sales performance, manage budgets, and report to upper management

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a managerial or supervisory role (hospitality or food service industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Ability to communicate with suppliers from China
- Understanding the current and future trends for Chinese Street Food
- Able to work multitask and work under pressure in a fast-pace environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Diploma of Hospitality and Management or Above
