About You:

This is a hub manager role that oversees sales and customer service. You will be managing the hub site, providing sales support to assist customers in purchasing services from Dymocks Tutoring, and providing post-sales support (customer service) to ensure our valued customers are delighted with the service. Each hub will be overseen by one hub manager, and you will be responsible for your respective hub.

Your duties will include:

- Managing and overseeing your hub centre.
- Taking customer sales calls.
- Taking customer service enquiries including providing support with enrolments and access to online systems.
- General administration related to sales and customer service.
- Keeping the hub locations in order to present the brand well to current and prospective customers.
- Working as part of a team to ensure that the shift across locations is effective and completes allocated tasks.
- Reporting to your Sales manager.

Prior experience in sales and customer support is essential.

Criteria include:

- Genuine, friendly, vibrant and welcoming personality.
- A love of sales and meeting customer needs.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Good written communication skills and a high degree of attention to detail.
- You will have or need to obtain a current Working with Children Check or equivalent.
- A high level of proficiency using office productivity software.

Desirable:

- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Previous sales and customer service experience.

Location:

This role will be for our Parramatta Hub. All centre is located across the street from the train station, within walking distance.

Hours and Remuneration:

This is a part-time role with the following available shifts, which you should nominate when applying:

- Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
- Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
- A mix of weekday and weekend, e.g. Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday (inclusive).

The business operates during school terms on the same hours as it does in term. Leave is generally limited to school holidays and there is a 3-week mandatory shut-down over Christmas. Hours and days will be discussed in further application stages.

This role is covered by the Miscellaneous Award.
