In-Room Dining Attendant

Step into the world of Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, where personalised, world-class service meets comfort and luxury. We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic In-Room Dining Attendants to join our team and deliver an unforgettable in-room dining experience for our guests.

As an In-Room Dining Attendant, you will be the face of exceptional service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a flawless and personalised dining experience in the comfort of their room. Whether serving a delightful breakfast, an afternoon snack, or an elegant dinner, your commitment to attention to detail and excellence will ensure each guest feels truly cared for.

What You’ll Do:

- Provide outstanding in-room dining service, ensuring each guest’s experience is seamless, memorable, and delivered with care
- Take and deliver orders promptly while providing guests with information about the menu, specials, and beverage options
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of service areas, ensuring hygiene and presentation standards are upheld
- Handle special requests and cater to guest dietary needs or preferences
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient, timely service
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations with personalised service
- Assist with special events, functions, and large bookings as required

What You Will Bring:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or food and beverage role (preferred but not essential)
- A positive, friendly, and can-do attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and work well with the team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A passion for providing world-class service and creating memorable guest experiences
