Overview

This isn’t a back-office scheduling gig. As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be the engine that powers outstanding care delivery. You’ll own the coordination of services, support workers and client outcomes. It’s high-stakes, high-impact and deeply rewarding.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate services, support workers and client outcomes to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet client needs and outcomes.
- Manage competing priorities effectively to maintain service quality and timeliness.

Qualifications

- Experience in disability, aged, or community care (NDIS knowledge a bonus).
- Qualifications in Health, Disability, Aged or Community Care.
- Communication skills that win people over.
- The grit to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball.
