What You'll Be Doing

This role is built for someone who wants ownership and autonomy—without having to do it completely solo. You'll:

- Spot new opportunities in FMCG, e-commerce, food & beverage and beyond
- Help brands solve problems with creative, sustainable packaging ideas
- Own the full sales cycle—from first call to pitch to closing the deal (and beyond)
- Build your own space in the market like it's your personal brand
- Collaborate with a team of thinkers, makers, and doers to deliver top-tier results, with support from designers, production managers, and all back-office functions.

What You Bring

- Sales experience in B2B (bonus points if it's in packaging, FMCG or supply chain)
- That "builder" energy—you see gaps in the market and jump on them
- Extraordinary instincts identifying decision makers & qualifying opportunities
- Self-drive. Hustle. Grit. Whatever you want to call it—you've got it
- Great communicator and people-person with real follow-through
- Passion for sustainable solutions and doing things differently
