About Health Partners
We’re more than just your health partner. As a proud South Aussie not-for-profit, we’ve had our member’s backs (and eyes, and teeth) for over 85 years. This means we know health and wellbeing looks different for everyone, and it’s why we’re on a mission to create a better state of health for our over 95,000 members and the local community we call home.

- Being consistently on the lookout for smarter, faster ways to get things done and keeping our processes streamlined and efficient.
- Jumping in to tackle payroll questions with confidence.
- Brining back up support with precision and energy to our fortnightly and monthly payroll processing.
- Keeping employee records up to date and accurate - from smooth onboarding and terminations to seamless leave management.
About you
You’re a collaborative and attentive person whose dedication to improving system functionality and team processes is truly outstanding. You also have:
- Proven experience in tackling payroll processing with precision and consistency.
- A solid understanding of Australian employment law, and you know the ins and outs of payroll compliance.
- Top-tier communication. Whether it’s people or numbers, you speak the language clearly and confidently.
- Hands-on experience in keeping HRIS systems running smoothly and efficiently.
- System implementation experience is highly desirable, with an emphasis on adaptability, collaboration and process improvement.
- Experience using Employment Hero? That’s a bonus
