In the role of Senior Associate, you will join the Markets Sales team that’s doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed.

Responsibilities

- Create industry specific ideas and insights to share with clients, and across the Sales team.
- Provide clients with timely market updates, trade ideas, and risk management strategies to support their decision‑making.
- Collaborate with and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, clients and all internal business partners.
- Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Intellectual curiosity and to be a team player.
- Experience and proven understanding of financial markets & products through Banking Sales or Corporate Treasury experience.
- Proactive problem‑solving skills and a dedication to continuous improvement, sharing your knowledge across the broader sales team.
- Tertiary qualification and AFMA accreditation are desirable (or work towards AFMA accreditation).
