Are you looking for an opportunity to work with a market leading Real Estate and Projects team on some of the most complex and challenging deals in the market? Our Perth team is growing and we have a number of opportunities at the Associate and Senior Associatelevel.
We are seeking individuals with:
- the ability to work as part of a broader team of high quality lawyers on large and complex deals
- critical thinkers who are self-motivated
- experience operating in a fast paced environment with an eye for detail
- experience in or the desire to work on infrastructure and renewables projects in Western Australia and the Northern Territory
- experience in or the desire to work for clients on mixed-use, residential, commercial and industrial property development and redevelopment, joint ventures, capital transactions and acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial, pastoral, agricultural and tourism assets
- an understanding of all types of land tenure
- experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalising documents and completing transactions of all types and sizes
- experience with sales, purchases, leases, easements, options and licence agreements (among others)
- experience conducting property due diligence
- experience in or desire to work on drafting and reviewing various types of construction and procurement contracts
