Overview

Our client is Australia’s largest home builder and we are looking for outstanding individuals who have a passion for delivering quality, service and award-winning living solutions for Australian families.

To start you will be primarily working out of the head office location in Mount Waverley. As your training progresses this will swap to a more work-from-home role with the intention of having two office days a week.

Responsibilities

- Proactively managing customer expectations by ensuring clients are regularly updated on the status of their home during the building process
- Effectively communicating and maintaining the professional link between clients and site personnel to ensure feedback and resolution
- Maintain customer files with relevant contracts, variations and other required documentation
- Creating workflow, completing tasks as they arise
- Provide all relevant documentation including compliance certificates to nominated Building Surveyor
- Issuing inspections to site managers upon completion of inspection throughout the build
- Coordinate the installation of gas line/meter with authority using supplier portal
- Coordinate electricity/gas disconnection with service provider upon settlement
- Ensure all information kept in the database is correct and up to date (client details)
- Creating and sending settlement packs along with filing house keys
- Completing and managing CPT reports and job files
- Maintain and constantly develop thorough knowledge of products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with clients

Qualifications

- Proven building knowledge to support the Site Managers is highly desirable
- Experience in a customer-focused role with conflict and problem management focus
- Proven ability to work in a pivotal customer contact role in a time-critical working environment
- Highly organized – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities
- Working knowledge of the building and construction process is advantageous
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a positive and professional manner in a goal-oriented environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook computer skills
- Some experience in using database systems is also an added advantage
