This hybrid position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in expanding our healthcare affiliate network while working closely with our Clinical Operations team. You'll be at the heart of our affiliate recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless operations from initial application through successful integration into our network.**The Day-To-Day**·         **Recruitment & Sourcing:** Identify and source qualified affiliate leads through various channels, sending application links to candidates and guiding them through our application process·         **Documentation Management:** Submit affiliate request forms, validate and process approvals from regional leadership, and collect, review, and verify candidate documents for compliance·         **Onboarding Excellence:** Complete onboarding request forms for newly approved affiliates and coordinate communication between various stakeholders throughout the process·         **Administrative Support:** Provide ongoing background administrative support for daily affiliate network operations while maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the affiliate lifecycle·         **Stakeholder Coordination:** Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth affiliate relationship management  **About You**·         **Experience:** 2-3 years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field·         **Skills:** Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment·         **Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional interpersonal abilities·         **Specialized Knowledge:** Experience with recruitment, onboarding, or candidate management processes, plus proficiency in document verification and compliance procedures·         **Personal Qualities:** Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality, strong problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in dynamic situationsWe’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
