In this highly visible role, reporting to the Head of Performance & Reward, the **Senior Remuneration Regulations Consultant** leads the ongoing review and development of remuneration governance practices. This key P&R role plays a key role in managing and maintaining CPS511 regulatory requirements and accountability regimes across ING Australia.With exposure to Senior Stakeholders including Exco and Board and close partnership with Line 2 and ING Global, this role offers real ownership.
