Records Assistant – Full Time

The City is seeking a motivated person to share responsibility for the daily Records Management functions and assist with maintaining an effective, efficient and reliable document and records management system.

This position assists with the recordkeeping requirements of the City by processing incoming mail, approved building licence applications and internal correspondence using an electronic document management system.

Your covering letter (no more than two pages) will need to address the following key criteria:

- Experience in scanning of correspondence to established quality standards
