- Mid to large-scale residential and commercial subdivisions

About You

- A proven Senior Civil Engineer with a strong background in Green and Brownfields projects

- Ambitious for growth but currently underwhelmed by your progression path

- Keen to lead, manage projects end‑to‑end, and contribute to business success.

Career Path

You’ll act as 2IC to the Civil Manager, with the chance to directly influence project outcomes and team development. The Civil Manager is focused on client development and leadership, creating space for you to grow technically, commercially, and strategically. As he advances further, the pathway opens for you to move into his role.
