They're looking for a strategic, creative, and culturally aware media leader. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can navigate complex regional markets, and has a proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns that resonate with audiences and deliver results.

- Lead media strategy across multiple APAC markets and influence global campaigns.

- Work closely with brand, creative, and media teams to bring breakthrough ideas to life.

- Great remuneration paying $250,000 - $300,000 + Super pro rata to 6 months.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute culturally relevant media strategies across APAC, aligning local markets with global objectives.

- Partner with creative and marketing leadership to ensure seamless campaign integration.

- Oversee budget allocation and campaign deployment across the region while protecting brand standards.

- Collaborate with global media teams and external agencies to optimise targeting and relevance.

- Drive cross-functional alignment and operationalise media processes to support expansion into new markets.

- Identify and implement innovative media opportunities to surprise, engage, and delight audiences.

Experience Required

- 5+ years' experience in media planning and execution across brand and digital channels, either agency-side (media agency background strongly valued) or experience in travel, tech, platform, lifestyle, or service-based brands

- Hands-on experience working across APAC markets across ideally Australia + Japan and/or India (not essential)

- Proven ability to translate global brand strategies into locally relevant media plans, with an understanding of cultural nuance and audience differences.

- Demonstrated experience working closely with external media agencies including briefing, reviewing recommendations, optimising plans, and overseeing campaign delivery.

- Strong capability in digital media, particularly paid social, partnerships, influencer and upper-to-mid funnel brand awareness campaigns (e.g., awareness, consideration, creative localisation, platform lift studies).

- Strong analytical capability to interpret campaign performance metrics and recommend improvements.
