We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organised Ward Clerk to join our Mixed Ward team, supporting Medical, Surgical, and Orthopaedic patients. Working Monday to Friday (No Weekends) this is a fantastic opportunity to gain a variety of experiences in a busy, rewarding hospital environment.

As an Administration Officer, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the ward running smoothly, supporting patients, families, and staff with your administrative expertise and positive attitude. Your work will make a real difference to patient care and hospital operations.
Responsibilities
- Registering patients and maintaining accurate data entry
- Providing excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff
- Supporting nursing staff with day‑to‑day administrative duties

To be eligible for permanent employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport. This position is full time; however, part time/job share arrangements may also be considered.
