We're currently seeking a Deal Processing / Accounts Clerk to join our team in Botany.

You will be responsible for supporting our Financial Controller with a range of accounting and administrative tasks. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love being part of a small, high-performing team - we want to hear from you

Qualifications

- Previous administration experience is essential
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Titan DMS and M-Files is a bonus
- Full Australian working rights (permanent)
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and methodical, with great problem-solving ability
- Able to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines consistently

Responsibilities

- Accurately processing deal costings, gross profits, and commissions
- Performing daily cash, EFTPOS and bank reconciliations
- Handling data entry and end-of-month ledger reconciliations
- Processing supplier invoices and reconciling statements
- Debtor follow-ups and receipt allocations
- Invoicing, filing, and general admin support
- Ensuring correct coding of expenses in the invoice management system
